The Secretary for Security, Mr. Tang Ping-keung, GBS, PDSM, JP, attended the ceremony together with the heads of various law enforcement departments or their representatives, leading all departments together to raise funds for Special Olympics Hong Kong in supporting the sports development of local people with intellectual disabilities.
