Life in Hong Kong is fast-paced, and it\u2019s nature for family members to encounter various pressures. However, with a little more understanding and care for one another, and by fostering trust and support within the community, we can create a caring, supportive, and warm environment. Through this competition, we hope to raise awareness of family support, emotional wellbeing, and stress management while promoting a culture of care. We kindly invite persons with disabilities, their parents or caregivers, and the general public to collaborate on inventive and bright themes posters to promote self-care and mutual support for mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
