Special Olympics Hong Kong (SOHK) endeavors to promote social inclusion and spread the message of community partnership through the development of volunteer services.

We organize different sorts of sports activities for people with intellectual disabilities to fully develop their potential in sports, to cultivate positive attitudes in sportsmanship and to facilitate their integration into our community. The activities would not be possible without the support and contribution of our passionate volunteers.

Apart from volunteering opportunities, we also provide training and development programmes as well as other social activities for Special Olympics volunteers in order to enhance their understanding towards people with intellectual disabilities and their sense of belongings. Moreover, Volunteers Awards is set up to recognize their contribution.
